About the firm

A small firm, deliberately.

Genesis Enterprise Consulting INC advises businesses and government agencies on how their operations run and what their technology costs.

Background

Built from the vendor side and the client side

Genesis was formed out of a background that runs through two very different environments: enterprise telecom account management inside a Fortune 500 carrier, and operations consulting for growing companies. In practice they teach the same lesson from opposite directions — that most organizational problems are visible long before anyone acts on them, and that the obstacle is almost never the analysis.

Carrier account management shows you exactly where enterprise money leaks, because you were on the side of the table sending the invoice and you know which line items nobody ever questions. It also shows you how technology decisions really get made inside large organizations — which is rarely on the merits of the platform.

Operations consulting supplies the other half, and it is the larger half. A recommendation nobody implements is worth nothing. The problems that actually limit an organization are almost never exotic: undocumented processes, roles that grew by accident, approvals that route through one overloaded person, and vendor commitments nobody has read since they were signed. None of that is technology. All of it costs money every month it goes unaddressed.

The firm is intentionally small. We take on a limited number of engagements so that the person who runs your audit is the person who sits in your implementation meetings. That constraint costs us volume. It is the reason our work holds up.

Our standard

One test for every recommendation

Does it move the client’s business forward? That is the whole test. It is why we are vendor-neutral by policy, why we take no referral commissions from platforms we evaluate, and why our reports include the things we recommend against.

It also means we will tell you when there is nothing here. If an audit shows your telecom estate is already well managed or your operation does not need restructuring, that is the finding we deliver, and we do not manufacture a project around it.

How we operate

Four commitments

Plain language

Findings are written to be read by the person who has to act on them. No jargon used to make a simple finding look expensive, and no forty-page deck where four pages would do.

Show the work

You get the underlying data — the invoice line items, the process maps, the inventory — not just a summary you have to take on faith. If we claim a number, you can trace it.

Vendor neutrality

We hold no reseller agreements and accept no commissions from carriers, platforms, or integrators. The only party paying us is the client.

Stay through the fix

Implementation support is part of the engagement, not an upsell. We track outcomes against the numbers we projected and report the variance honestly.

Next step

Tell us what is not working.

Bring the problem in whatever shape it is currently in. Turning a vague complaint into a defined scope is part of the job.
