What we collect

Information you give us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, organization, email address, phone number if you provide it, and whatever you write in your message. We ask for nothing else.

Basic site analytics. Like most websites, ours may record standard technical information — pages visited, approximate region, referring site, browser and device type. This is aggregate traffic data used to understand which pages are useful. It is not used to build a profile of you.

What we do not collect. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use the site to retarget you elsewhere, and we do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal information through this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver an engagement.
• To keep a record of our correspondence for our own business files.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us. If we ever start a newsletter, you will have to ask for it.

Who else sees it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept while they remain commercially relevant and then deleted. Client records are retained as long as needed for the engagement and for the period required by our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@genenterpriseconsulting.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Most browsers also let you block cookies or send a Do Not Track signal; the site works without them.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information — account numbers, passwords, protected records — through the contact form. If you need to share something sensitive during an engagement, ask us and we will arrange a secure method.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
